Our private practice consultants partner with mental health professionals just like you who want to work smarter. As results-driven people, we help you take your practice to the next level, whether that involves adding clinicians through to helping you start a podcast.

We offer specialized resources and trainings on everything related to private practice – with a lot of the things you cannot simply Google. Below are some of our full-time specialized private practice consultants who are eager to meet you.

Andrew Burdette

Andrew Burdette is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor located near Asheville, North Carolina. In 2019 he started the private practice journey in founding Mindful Counseling PLLC and soon after in 2022 he hired his first additional therapist. Heading into his second anniversary as a group practice, he has transitioned a once 1099 contractor team over to W2 employees.

Along the way, Andrew continues to learn about different software and systems that simplify and streamline the process of running a business delivering mental health services. To better support his growing team members, he has invested in trainings centered on clinical supervision, human resources, and in 2024, coaching.

You’re likely to find Andrew parked in a coffee shop sipping a latte and nerding out about coffee beans, roasting, and favorites or exploring the existential with a friend. If the weather is nice, he’s likely out to find a quiet piece of water to wet a fly line.

Brianna is dedicated to helping clinicians build practices that offer high-quality care, provide livable wages to their teams, and maintain the financial health needed for long-term success.

Her consulting specialties include starting solo practices, launching group practices, and creating child-focused private-pay models. Brianna blends practical strategy with genuine encouragement. She understands both the excitement and vulnerability that come with growing a practice, and she walks alongside clinicians with warmth, clarity, and a deep belief in values-based leadership.

The name “Lily Pad” was inspired by Brianna’s daughter, Lily. It serves as a daily reminder of the heart behind her work. When she’s not consulting or supporting her team, Brianna enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and listening to podcasts that support her goals and dreams.
